How do u use "Delay effect" in presonus(studio one) to delay parts of a vocal?

I edited the title of your post for clarity.

Are you asking for techniques on how to use delays for vocals? Or are you asking how to specifically use the delay effect that comes with ProSonus?

I haven't looked at the ProSonus delay effect but I would assume it has all the same general parameters of any other delay effect. So with this, I would also assume what you are really asking for are mixing/recording techniques specific to vocals that use delays regardless of the software used.
